Are you a Programmer? NBA Fans Need You.
July 17, 2007Here at NBA Unplugged we have some grand visions of what fans, just like ourselves, want in an NBA website/blog/resource.
The thing is, God has blessed Big D and myself with a lot of good looks (haha), just not enough web development abilities. So we are wondering, is there anyone out there that would want to take our ideas and build a new site for us. Maybe we go to WordPress.org, maybe not.
The requirements would be, you have to love the NBA, you have to be really good at building websites (we have this graphics designer that can create images for us if necessary), and you have to be willng to do it for the love of the game (a.k.a. free).
So how about it? Lets build a site that does everything we’ve been looking for in an NBA site. Let’s build a site that allows fans start out at one place to find all their NBA stuff they want to find.
Just email us – nbaunplugged@gmail.com, and we can chat from there.

2007 NBA Playoff Preview: Denver Nuggets vs. San Antonio Spurs
April 22, 2007Denver Nuggets (6) vs. San Antonio Spurs (3)
Series Preview:
This series is loaded with great 1-on-1 match-ups. First, we have Marcus Camby, the league leader in blocks vs. Tim Duncan, who can face up or dominate in the paint. Next, we have the fastest two players in the game, Iverson and Tony Parker, who will be chasing each other the entire series. Also, we have one of the strongest players in the game in Carmelo Anthony who will be guarded by Bruce Bowen, a good defender in a tricky sort of way. In fact, if he guards Melo too closely he might draw a sucker-punch. Denver may have the momentum, going 10-1 in April, but San Antonio has solid playoff experience. In any other season, the Spurs would be the number one seed in the West.
Regular Season Series: San Antonio 2, Denver 1
Big D’s Prediction: Spurs in 6
Nate’s Prediction: Spurs in 5
Game 1: 7:00 (EST) on TNT
